My role

I am a member of the Center for Computational Pharmacology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. My principal role here is to collaborate in projects that involve natural language processing on biomedical literature, including entity identification and normalization, relationship and information extraction, and text to ontology alignment. Additionally, I implement unit and functional testing suites for various projects we are working on in the lab.
